After taking part in one of Sarah's one to one classes I can definitely recommend her. I came to the session with no previous knowledge and she was incredibly patient and understanding of my previous injuries and issues.

I went to Sarah to have a restorative yoga session. The atmosphere Sarah created was so calming and tranquil that it made it so easy to relax. Then through Sarah's guidance and gentle re-positioning the session flew by. Afterwards I really felt the benefit for both my body and mind. I have been attending Sarah's yoga for cancer classes whilst undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer. The classes feel like a very safe space during an exceptionally vulnerable time and I always feel considerably better for the gentle exercise and movement that the classes offer - they definitely benefit my body and mind and I would highly recommend them for anyone undergoing treatment, whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or new to the practice.
