I offer both online and in person one to one sessions, in person classes at Studio SE6 in South London and I am available for group work. Please contact me for further information, details below.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga focuses on slower paced, controlled movements and stretches while maintaining proper breathing techniques. Aiming to balance both the body and the mind, improving mobility and flexibility.

Yoga for Cancer

This form of yoga is a practice that involves movement, breathing and relaxation that can help manage the side effects of cancer and cancer treatments, such as fatigue, anxiety and joint stiffness amongst other symptoms. Improve your range of motion, strength and energy levels and work with managing any anxiety you may be experiencing. Classes are every Monday 11.15am-12.15pm at The Studio SE6. Cost is £10 per hour class with concessions available. Please contact me directly to book. Additionally, I teach an online chair yoga session with the option of some mat work every Monday evening from 8pm to 9pm via Zoom in association with Madlani Cancer Support. No previous experience of yoga needed. These sessions are free with the option of making a £5 donation to the charity if you can afford it. Chair Yoga

Chair yoga utilises a seated position or chair for balance. The aim is to offer a more accessible form of yoga, with the poses promoting strength and flexibility in the body and mind with simple moves that can be done anywhere daily.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga offers restful poses using props such as blankets and blocks. This aims to offer a relaxing experience that helps calm the mind, especially during times of stress.
